Application Checklist


Agape' Christian Academy welcomes international students who are interested in a Christian high school education. The following checklist will help you to complete the application process.

Step 1: Items necessary to be considered for admission
A.___ $250.00 Application Fee. (Non Refundable) All Student & Parent applications must be completed. Official transcripts translated into English, a reference letter from a teacher or coach, a copy of your passport, Birth Certificate and TOEFL scores must accompany your applications.

Step 2: Items due upon acceptance
A.___ $2500 Deposit. Upon successful completion of step 1, you will receive an Acceptance letter. You must then pay your deposit fee. Along with your deposit, we must receive proof of Health Insurance, a physical examination and immunization forms. Your deposit will secure a space for you.

Step 3: I-20 will be forwarded to applicant by ACA
A.___ $14,000 or $7,000 Tuition Fee. After steps 1 and 2 are complete, you will receive a Financial Agreement. You must choose your payment plan and housing request at this time. Please return the contract along with your payment amount selected. Your I-20 will be issued upon receipt of payment. Only 75% of Tuition is refundable if student decides not to attend.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT COMMITMENT
As a Christian school, Liberty Christian Preparatory School is committed to the teachings of the
Bible and exists to help you to grow spiritually, emotionally, physically and academically. We
acknowledge that it is impossible to create a school community with behavioral standards that
are acceptable to every student. We do, however, believe that it is essential to specify certain
basic principles that govern all students equally. Liberty students must commit themselves to:
1. Abstain from involvement with tobacco, illegal drugs, sexual immorality, profane
language and from the use of alcohol.
2. Refrain from all kinds of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating on tests
or assignments, and assisting another student in academic dishonesty.
3. Submit to all other requirements outlined in the student handbook.
4. Submit to the authority of your parents, teachers and school officials.
This is a commitment of lifestyle, not just during school hours, but twenty four hours per day
and twelve months per year. Violations are considered as breaking a firm commitment that
each student makes when voluntarily choosing to attend the school. As a member of Liberty
Christian Preparatory School, you will be expected to exert a positive influence in your social
relationships and to be a responsible member of the Liberty Christian Preparatory School
community.

Thank you for your interest in Agape' Christian Academy. Founded in 2002, ACA is a Christian, College Preparatory school offering grades Pre-K through 12th. ACA is fully accredited by the Florida Coalition of Christian Private Schools as well as the National Council for Private Schools Association.

We offer need based financial assistance to all families that wish to apply.

*Full tuition and other applicable charges are due by August 1st. All Second payments are due by December 1st.

A $15 late fee will be added daily to all late payments. A $125 Fee will be added for all returned checks. All checks must be with an American Banking Institution.
